Built for nights when sleep feels like work.
sleeptonights is a small sleep support project focused on acute sleeplessness, bedtime overthinking, and middle-of-the-night spirals. It is intentionally lightweight, private, and non-judgmental.
The methods referenced here are drawn from commonly discussed non-drug sleep-support approaches such as cognitive defusion, progressive muscle relaxation, and paced breathing.
This site does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If sleep trouble is persistent, severe, or affecting daily functioning, a licensed clinician is the right next step.
The product direction is simple: offer a calmer, more useful alternative to overstimulating sleep apps, aggressive funnels, and sleep tracking that can increase pressure.
